The aim of the individual Yoga consultation for BEGINNERS is to design and teach a patient the best possible for him program to practice Yoga at home in accordance with his constitutional type and health condition. The individual program for home practice designed by Oxana may include different elements of Indian and Taoist Yoga such as asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhis, Tao Ing, Qigong, relaxation and meditation techniques as well as energy techniques. A lot of patients practice their programs at home after the consultation for some time (several months, half-year, one year) and then come to have the next consultation to get a more difficult complex of exercises to practice, thus making progress and noticing significant changes in body and consciousness.
