You can visit the classes that are given by the leading specialist of our center Oxana Legkostupova both in the Ragini Ayurveda & Yoga Center in India or in Moscow where Oxana usually works in December and January. If you are interested, please contact Oxana directly.
Individual Yoga classes that are designed in accordance with the constitutional type, health condition and previous training of the patient are usually taken as a part of the programs of treatment, cleansing (Panchakarma), health-improvement and rejuvenation that are offered in the Ragini Ayurveda & Yoga Center. However, if you want, you can have a course of Yoga classes separately. For those who have time and opportunity, this is a better choice than having just a Yoga consultation, because even in the course of several classes body muscles and tissues remember the right way to perform necessary postures and movements, so it gets much easier to include them in your home practice.
The system of Indian Yoga is pretty broad-ranging and diverse. There are different Yoga paths: Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Mantra Yoga etc., and also Tantra. Every path has different branches and schools that are guided by different Masters. Oxana was lucky to study different paths of Indian Yoga under the guidance of different Masters both in Russia and India.
After a long time of applying systematic methods and techniques of different schools for Ayurvedic treatment and health-improvement, an articulate system of Yoga practice in accordance with a patient's constitutional type and health condition has been developed. When all these aspects are not taken into account, Yoga practice may even cause harm.
To understand better which techniques of Indian Yoga are given at the classes, let us list the techniques of Bihar Yoga School that Oxana studied in Bihar Yoga Bharati University while receiving her higher education in the field of Yoga and allied sciences including Ayurveda in 2001-2002:

  2. Asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhis,
  3. Relaxation and meditation techniques:
    • Yoga Nidra,
    • Antar Mauna,
    • Ajapa Japa,

Apart from the techniques given at the classes, you can also always get theoretical and practical support for your practice of different paths and aspects of Yoga.
