As an Ayurveda expert she has participated in popular Russian TV program ("Malakhov +"), as well as in the articles of Russian periodicals (Psychology, etc.).
Oxana got interested in Ayurveda and Yoga when she was 26 years old. By that time Oxana was already a completely sick person with a collection of the diseases, which cannot be treated by contemporary allopathic medicine: asthmatic bronchitis, eczema, serious forms of allergy, hypertension, excess weight, etc. That was exactly the time when first books on Ayurveda appeared in Russian market. It made it possible for Oxana to get initial knowledge in Ayurveda (specifically the knowledge on Ayurvedic constitutional type and how to bring it into balance thus regaining your health). That knowledge helped Oxana to repair her health significantly even without Ayurvedic medicines which were not available in Russian market at that time. Later this fact caused the explicit surprise of Ayurvedic doctors in India, where Oxana got Ayurvedic education after a few years. Oxana's knowledge on Ayurveda, which was significantly reinforced in the course of training in India, helped already many patients in Russia and India.
