Conditions of education
For Russian-speaking students teaching is given in Russian. The teacher is the leading specialist of the center OxanaLegkostupova that has been teaching Ayurveda and Yoga since 2001 (before Oxana also was a professional teacher − a lecturer at the Moscow State University).
The course is always flexibly adapted to the student's needs.
Usually a course lasts for at least 10 hours, but it can be made shorter if a student wants only to make clear some specific aspects. The maximum amount of hours is unlimited. A course can last one week, two weeks, one month or even more. Usually classes take 2-3 hours a day, sometimes probably longer if we have gaps in our treatment schedule.

The program of the course is designed according to the student's interests and needs. Ayurveda is a vast area of knowledge. Classical Ayurvedic education takes about 7 years. So it is better for a student to understand well what particularly he or she wants to study.
A usual course includes basic concepts of Ayurveda practice in a practical point of view, practical teaching on how to do Ayurvedic procedures, basic knowledge on Ayurvedic herbs, spices and medicines and basic knowledge on Panchakarma. But it can include any other aspects that the student is interested in. Often students cannot make it clear what they want to study, but they are quite sure about the aim of getting this knowledge. That is enough for us to define what aspects of teaching will be the most useful for a student. Best of all is to discuss the details about the course program during a personal meeting with the teacher.
