All the spring I have been looking for a right place to undergo a full Panchakarma course. That place had to satisfy special demands: the climate should be not too hot and not too rainy, procedures should be of high quality, I mean real Panchakarma, not some “touristic entertainment”, doctors should be professional + Yoga classes + opportunities for hiking + calm and silent place, not a big city. You can see, I has quite lots of demands, and everybody kept telling me I want too much…
But God helped me to find this amazing place, Ayurveda & Yoga Center in Naggar. Should I say, that I got not only what I wished, but much, much more.
First, it’s a really magic place: mountains, air, people that are quite different from common Indians of other places – never bothersome and obtrusive, instead good-natured and responsive - and also cleanliness and calmness.
Second, wonderful professionals Oxana and Deepak who made my 28-day course run smoothly, painlessly and with heaps of positive results: I could feel my body again, pain in my back has gone, I got a lot of energy and lost 10 kilos of weight.
One more reason for this center to be attractive for Russians is that Oxana is also Russian, so there’s no language barrier that impedes communication even for those who know a foreign language when the conversation drifts to specific medical things. Also, being Russian, Oxana knows the realities of our life, climate etc. and can adjust Ayurvedic course accordingly.
Third, Yoga classes held under her responsive guidance proved to be very productive, useful and informative. And Thai massage that she gives is simply fabulous!
That’s not to mention massages and procedures that are given by Deepak and his assistants (special thanks to them). His hands work miracles. Dear Deepak, many thanks for your miraculous hands, devotion to your work and a special thanks for wonderful kichri that you cook (though my stomach was not always happy with it).
And one more important thing. Everything that Oxana and Deepak do they do with a prayer, devoting their work to God, not merely earning their money. You can feel it very well when people are working with all their hearts.
Great thanks one more time to Oxana, Deepak, Rada and all the staff of the Ragini Hotel.
