For me Ayurvedic treatment course in India was the last resort in the hope to come back to productive life… I consulted with the best doctors and took the best antiallergenic medicine both in Russia and in Europe. The miracle that the balanced and sensitively designed by Oxana program worked baffles all descriptions!!! Most of my allergy symptoms disappeared without a trace as well as 18 kilos of excessive weight and other problems that looked minor in comparison. I feel revived!!! And got energy for more serious spiritual practice that previously was blocked due to my allergy.
Special thanks to both Deepak and Oxana for warm and home atmosphere they have successfully created and for real parental care that embraces everybody on this challenging way to cleansing. It is truly challenging work of heart and soul – all the patients coming here are so different, having their own quirks and twists, but Deepak and Oxana succeed in understanding and deeply feeling each of us and giving every person the most important for him or her after that!!! Also, their team of assistants (Rita, Radha, Zely, Satya) wonderfully completes and enriches the atmosphere and the whole process of Panchakarma!
I can’t help but express my amazement and delight concerning fantastically successful mix of Yoga and Taoist practices that Oxana teaches us in the morning!!! The real experience of the hollowness of your body is priceless!!! And this realization doesn’t vanish with the end of the class but becomes more clear and distinct during the day and even after that!!!
During this period, thanks to Oxana’s gentle but adamant instructions, I have formed a jillion of positive habits that are so necessary to maintain the balance of body, energy and consciousness!!!
On top of that, I deeply and firmly understood that profound, sound and serious body cleansing is a panacea from our stressful life and solution to a huge amount of health problems!!!
And also, I will frankly admit that the results of this Ayurvedic treatment course in India exceeded all my hopes and expectations!!! I am leaving Naggar as an optimistic person, full of energy and health to accomplish my tasks and achieve my goals! I am leaving only to come back here, to Kullu valley, the valley of Gods, to its divine beauty and divine people who perform divine miracles!!!

04 May of 2013My gratitude is boundless – after a year I am in Naggar again!!! I came back here as to my beloved, warm and cozy family house. Such amazingly comfortable home atmosphere for every person who comes to Panchakarma Deepak and Oxana have created. The second time, from the first till the last day I was enjoying their love and care. Deep reverence to you for all that you have been doing doing for us, for your professionalism and tireless care, for your really parental attitude towards every person who comes to Panckarma treatment. The wonderful team of assistants (Rita, Radha, Zely, Suchmma) again gives emphasis to your deep and sincere attention towards all the little things on the way of cleansing.

My second Panchakarma treatment was a completely different process, but Oxana’s deep sensitivity and professional thoughtfulness released this process from all but minimal complications, bringing fantastic results: 15 kilos of toxins and waste are gone in the course of 3 weeks!!! Allergy receded into the farthest background − I have not experienced such a result for a lot of years!!! I am absolutely, genuinely happy!!!
